[...] Kottu.org 3 years old today April 5, 2008 — cerno Sri Lanka’s primary blog aggregator, Kottu.org past the 3 years mark today (5th April 2008). Though it aggregates only a fraction of Sri Lankan blogs, Kottu.org has assumed the role of the town square in the Sri Lankan blogosphere. I won’t blab further as I have already blogged about kottu.org’s “cultural” significance. [...]

Yes, you are right, Its a Village or stage, where we the lankans have a spot to do are local thing, and say our 2 cents, and keep an eye on whats happening while we are away from the most loony, loveable, hateable and precious place on earth. Ask most Sri Lankan's where they want to be born in the next life and they will say "not here no?' but again its not that bad no!"

I think its the same with kottu.org, thanks to Indi we have a place to shout & party at the same time, may he be blessed for his philanthropy.
