Profound photograph with 3 Wheeler

Found this black and white photo of a 3 wheeler on Flickr. There’s something endlessly symbolic about. In one sense the picture has a circular feeling of being both fatalistic and hopeful – without sticking to any other. Add to that is a sense of endings and new beginnings. Perhaps I’m reading too much into images. Either way you decide and tell me what you think.

The comment box awaits your return and thoughts.

  1. It is the end of the day and a bit of male bonding ? I quite like the comfortable way they are seated, The curved spines, hands stretched out as if to say “we’ve got plenty of time , mate.” A subtle bit of balance needed to sit so comfortably , I guess.
Have they washed their wheels ? After their chat they will turn it around and push it to the road ? Are they not polluting the tank by washing it there ?

  2. Sach: ๐Ÿ™‚ Very similar to my reaction – accept it was in lower case and with a full stop ๐Ÿ˜€ Because of the quietness about the picture.

Anne : Very observant analysis there ๐Ÿ˜€ As for the polluting part – I guess there’ more than a few muddy tires that go in there. Specially when you add up the human, car and elephant washing – not to mention the laundry ๐Ÿ˜€
